烈士陵园的道路两边开满了粉红色的花，绿色盎然的松柏，昂首挺立在道路两旁，像是在为长眠在这里的革命烈士们站岗护卫。我们怀着敬畏的心情走进烈士陵园。

一进门，正对着我们的是人民英雄纪念碑，上面刻着“革命烈士永垂不朽”八个大字！不知是哪个大学的大哥哥大姐姐正在碑前入党宣誓，他们有力的入党诗词让人听得精神振奋，我不由地羡慕起那些哥哥姐姐们了。远远的，我们还看到海王路小学208班旗子，小弟弟小妹妹们，他们正在墓碑前为英烈们献上鲜花，并且认认真真地清理着墓碑上的灰尘。
As soon as we enter the gate, we are facing the monument of the people's heroes, which is engraved with the words" revolutionary martyrs will never die"! I don't know which university's eldest brother and elder sister are sworn to join the party in front of the monument. Their powerful poems of joining the party make people feel inspired. I can't help admiring those elder brothers and sisters. From afar, we can see flags of class 208 of Haiwang Road Primary School, little brothers and little sisters, who are laying flowers for the heroes in front of the tombstone, and cleaning the dust on the tombstone conscientiously.
我们先来到烈士的墓碑前。一块块墓碑上的记载，让我深深震撼。那么多革命英雄十几岁就为了保家卫国献出了宝贵的生命。而我们生活在他们用生命捍卫的和平年代；还有的墓碑上没有名字。我为这些英烈们献上了美丽的鲜花。

And we live in the age of peace that they defend with their lives; there are tombstones that have no names. I gave beautiful flowers to these heroes.
最后，我们怀着无比崇敬的心情，来到了人民英雄纪念碑前。上面写满了牺牲的烈士们的英勇事迹，像去年刚刚牺牲的别立福叔叔，他是一名人民警察，在抓捕犯人时突遭犯罪嫌疑人袭击，在被刀刺伤的情况下，继续同嫌犯激烈搏斗，最终因伤势过重，壮烈牺牲。看着这一段段英雄事迹，我忽然想到了一段话：哪里有什么岁月静好，只不过是有人替我们负重前行。我们生活在和平年代是多么的幸运啊。
Finally, we came to the monument of the people's heroes with great reverence. It is full of the heroic deeds of the martyrs who died. Like Uncle bielifu, who just died last year, he was a people's police officer. He was attacked by the criminal suspect when he was arrested. When he was stabbed by a knife, he continued to fight with the suspect fiercely. Finally, he died because of his heavy injury.
